Narration – “Myself, I got my specialization in prosthodontics which is prosthetic dentistry and cosmetic dentistry in a university in Chile, in South America. And then I got additional training in the university, Boston University…for implant dentistry.

Additional courses and post graduate accreditation that gives me up-to-date knowledge on what’s happening. I’m a member of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a member of American Academy of implant dentistry and a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

What we do is that with the membership we also have to attend their work congress every year and get up-to-date with the new techniques, new materials and the new treatments that we have to offer.

In my staff, I have an oral maxillofacial surgeon; he is trained in oral maxillofacial surgery in university of Columbia…and he also has additional training in the University of Ohio, in implant dentistry. Also, he’s a member of American Academy of Maxillofacial surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery as well.

Part of our team, it’s a periodontist, her qualifications – she’s got a periodontal degree in the University of Chicago, and she’s also a member of American Academy of Peridontology. The endodontist…that handles all the root canal procedures is a member of American Academy of Endodontics and the general surgeon graduated here in Costa Rica and she’s the member of the ADA, American Dental Association, and she strives to keep herself with ongoing education every year in the States.”
